How does CANImmunize protect the information you input and the data we collect?

When you enter data into your account, the data gets sent through a secure encrypted (coded to prevent access by others) connection to the CANImmunize servers where it is also encrypted and stored. The servers and files are in data centres in Canada and are run by a third-party hosting company. CANImmunize follows industry standard practices for sending, storing, and encrypting personal health information. CANImmunize applies strong security measures to protect your information by stopping others from accessing, altering, disclosing or destroying it. These security measures include administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data against loss, theft, or misuse.
